Our Policies
COVID and General Health Policy
The health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. To that end, Nature and Nurture will, at a minimum, comply with all current Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s COVID guidance. At this time, we have moved to a mask-optional policy for all participants and instructors at Nature and Nurture. We continue to implement rigorous cleaning and sanitization of all class materials between every use, as well as all high-touch areas within the center. We continue to ask that any customers or their children who are exhibiting signs of contagious illness, delay their visit until they’re cleared by their health care provider. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy then please contact us prior to visiting to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Nature and Nurture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone creating a health or safety risk to its staff or clients.
Class Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Payment and Waiver acknowledgement must be completed prior to attending any class, group, consultation, or other service offered by Nature and Nurture or it’s affiliates. Guests requesting cancellation before the cutoffs listed below will be offered a full refund or the option to move their reservation to a future date. Refunds will not be provided if a future class date is selected then subsequently cancelled by the guest, or in the event a guest fails to show for a reservation. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor availability, or building closure we will contact you directly to discuss available options. If you believe you have unique or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly so we can discuss possible options.

Child Supervision Policy
Caregivers shall be present with their child(ren) at all times when on the Nature and Nurture premises. Nature and Nurture is not a licensed daycare facility nor does it employ licensed daycare providers, and cannot provide supervision of children.
Strollers, Car Seats, and Shoes/Socks Policy
The health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. To that end, we request that all strollers and car seats remain in the designated areas in the foyers to ensure stairwells and exits are not blocked in the event of an emergency. Additionally, we ask that guests remove their shoes before entering Nature and Nurture to keep our floors free of dirt and debris, which can create a health and/or choking hazard for little ones. Foot coverings must be worn – clean socks, house slippers, or similar indoor footwear are suitable options for visiting Nature and Nurture.
Food and Drink Policy
Nature and Nurture is a nut-free environment. Dry snacks and non-spill cups with lids are allowed in the activity room for children, and small snacks and beverages are allowed in the activity room, classroom, and common areas for all adults. We request that guests promptly clean-up and dispose of any waste.
Smoking Policy
Nature and Nurture is a 100% smoke free, vape free, and smokeless tobacco free campus. Nature and Nurture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone creating a health or safety risk to its staff or clients.
Media Policy
Nature and Nurture may on occasion record activities taking place on the premises for the purpose of obtaining material for marketing, promotions, social media, or other business related products. See Liability Release/Waiver for full details.
Trash and Septic Policy
Nature and Nurture requests that all trash and recycling brought on premises be disposed of in the proper receptacles. Wet diapers can be disposed of in the bathroom trash, but we ask that soiled diapers be bagged (provided if needed) and disposed of off premises. Nature and Nurture is on a septic system and therefore we ask that nothing be flushed down the toilet except for natural waste and toilet paper. Please dispose of sanitary products, baby wipes, paper towels, etc. in the trash can provided.
