Mindful Movers: Baby & Caregiver
This class provides an excellent opportunity for one-on-one time to bond with your little one. You will learn a variety of movements, stretches and activities to use daily, supporting the development of your baby and providing you time for deep breathing. This class is offered once monthly and is best for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawlers. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (one can be provided if needed) and a small toy for class! No previous yoga experience is needed.

Duration: 45 minutes
Mindful Movers: Tot and Toddler
Get your body moving and your mind focused, for this 2-hour program, encompassing a 45-minute movement and mindfulness class, 15 minute story time, and 1 hour of open play. This class is structured to encourage and support your toddler’s physical explorations with repetition of movement and songs. Give your little one the time and space to nurture creativity, practice mindfulness and release energy in a constructive way! This is a 4-week series and best for kiddos 18 months to 3 years old. Please dress in comfortable clothing. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Drop off option: Children under 2.9 years can be dropped off if a parent remains on campus. Children 2.9 and older can be dropped off without a parent remaining on campus.
